Relieving the Burnout Bubble

    My third year teaching was quite fun and eye-opening. I was confidentĀ I knew everything there was to know about teaching middle schoolers, planning effective and life-changing lessons, managing classes and student behavior with a surety that I would have a statue erected in my honor that was personally built out of clay by the students, andĀ I would be okay with that.
